Ingredients (makes one large smoothie):

  • 1 oz. fresh kale
  • 1 oz. fresh romaine
  • 1 oz. fresh spinach
  • 3 oz. frozen peaches
  • 3 oz. frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds (ground)
  • 1 tbsp. sweetener such as Bee Free Honee, maple syrup, or agave nectar (I used Bee Free Honee.)
  • 8 oz. water


Grind the flax seeds in the blender.

Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender, water and greens first, and blend until smooth.  Pour into a serving glass and enjoy.
