Ingredients (makes one large smoothie):
- 1 oz. fresh kale
- 1 oz. fresh romaine
- 1 oz. fresh spinach
- 3 oz. frozen peaches
- 3 oz. frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds (ground)
- 1 tbsp. sweetener such as Bee Free Honee, maple syrup, or agave nectar (I used Bee Free Honee.)
- 8 oz. water
Grind the flax seeds in the blender.
Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender, water and greens first, and blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and enjoy.
