The BLDO Plan

 

Some people choose to go vegan immediately and never put another animal product in their mouth and never put another animal product on their body. We encourage people to go vegan immediately and never purchase another animal product. It is much easier than most people think it will be. You can go vegan immediately. And we recommend it. After all, if you have decided you no longer want to participate in animal exploitation, why continue to participate?

But some people choose to go vegan in steps.  TAVS does not recommend going vegan in steps (decreasing participation in animal exploitation in steps), but if someone is committed to going vegan, that is excellent, and if they need steps, they should follow The BLDO Plan.

BLDO stands for Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, and Other.  In four simple steps, you will be vegan!

STEP 1:

Go vegan for breakfasts.  Your entire meal should consist of vegetables, legumes, fruits, grains, nuts, and seeds (but no animal products).

STEP 2:

Then, go vegan for lunches too.  Your entire meal should consist of vegetables, legumes, fruits, grains, nuts, and seeds (but no animal products).

STEP 3:

Then, go vegan for dinners too.  Your entire meal should consist of vegetables, legumes, fruits, grains, nuts, and seeds (but no animal products).

STEP 4:

Then, go vegan in Other ways too including clothing, and get as much animal use out of your life as possible.
